What is your shipping policy for roasted coffee?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via standard ground, typically arriving within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide global shipping in the near future.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the flavor?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
